Dump truck driver, performer, web designer, DJ.
One does not think of those qualities in the same sentence....until now.
Like most entertainers the 33 year old started performing in church and school. From there his resume stretches from radio and TV to stage productions.

A 1992 graduate of Watauga High school, Reece embarked on a broadcasting career by enrolling at Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, NC. After graduating with a degree in broadcast communications, he hit the air taking on duties as DJ,news director and sports play by play commentator at numerous radio stations all across western North Carolina.

A crown jewel moment came when Reece was hired by the Appalachian Sports Network, home of the Appalachian State University Mountaineer athletics broadcast. This marked the first time in network history that a Watauga County native had been assigned chief network engineer duties. A season later Reece worked his way up to on air talent as host of the pre-game, halftime and post game network scoreboard segments, while at the same time attending classes at ASU.

In 1997 Reece took a break from broadcasting to venture into business. Diving into a totally different career, Kenneth Reece Trucking.

This new path in life not only provided the chance to learn all new life lessons but also allowed more time to follow another childhood dream of forming a touring band.

Performing in different parts of the southeast BROADSTONE provided the chance to discover a new talent...web design.

Designer of the band's website and online promotional materials, Reece continues to learn about web design and web hosting in relation to small business.

Maryann and Kenneth reside in Valle Crucis, NC.
The couple recently became newlyweds after their August 2007 wedding in Branford, Florida. They are expecting their first child in June of 2008.
